They are original Logopress3 files and can be found in the root of Logopress3 program folder

So run them as Administrator (right mouse click > run as Administrator)& _, ~) Z* k5 A8 }
Also UAC on your Vista/Win7 mast be desabled, otherwise Windows will not permit you to register files
