StandardPartsV104 Setup is common for 32/64bit and all languages!

但是安装st3后，再安装st4，这种方法行不行，没有验证过，应该还是可以的。

I have no got access to Siemens ftp and I have no got Chinese version

But I can get Chinese version in a week (if sombody will not share it faster)
