Hello guyz, I have just started to use tooling design software. I have to make a progressive die for this A-3003 aluminum part:

Unfortunately I made a part unfold using Logopress and Balnkworks but they were really diferent:

Any ideas??

模具结构不一样，顶料方式不一样，料片也不一样
可能logo默认有顶料，blankworks顶料需要手动设置

英文不是太好，从你展开图看，两种软件展开后毛坯尺寸不一样，可能是有些项目设置不一样。对于有些零件用log软件进行冲压展开时，选好压料面后，X、Y方向设置与否，展开的结果不一样。

上传的文件版本太高打不开，上传igs格式的文件，我用logopress和Dynaform或3Dquickform试试

用log时有没有勾选（单独或全部）图中X向锁定（locked on Xs direction）、Y向锁定(locked on Ys direction)

I tried to unmark the Locked on Ys and Locked on Xs direction but the result was almost the same. I think a thrid unfolding on a different software would define wich one more accurate.This is the IGS file:

下面贴图为用dynaform展开后导入solidwork的曲面展开图。在导入dyna进行分析前，用logo先将折弯部分展开然后导出曲面到dyna进行分析。上次附件里的压缩文件可用solidwork2008 5.0打开。打开dyna.SLDPRT时可能会提示错误，但不影响打开。里面的曲面为dyna展开的。

其实关于成形展开，我们都误导了，收敛和压边是可选边线的，这样展开的效果比效好和是按实际定向的
