If you mean h-t-t-p://updates.mastercam.com/x4/release/mastercamx4fsw-pc1.zip that's is Pre-Release only..
I did not see Mastercam X4 for SW Release yet

It's the same Temporary PreRelease as h-t-t-p://updates.mastercam.com/x4/release/mastercamx4fsw-pc1.zip
