我也联系了美国的制图者,刚收到他的回复,基本和上述仁兄的分析吻合。 现分享下他的回复内容,如下:5 l3 p& s" C: W$ }; c

' Y- m {/ D; _, Q6 A; E( f; TAccording to ASME Y14.5-1994 para. 2.5, single limits dimensions such as those indicating MAX or MIN:

8 ]3 u2 ~/ T- h5 j/ h6 w" S* y& I& i9 n5 N8 x
“Single limits are used where the intent will be clear, and the unspecified limit can be zero or approach infinity and will not result in a condition detrimental to the design.”/ f& Z* g1 i& O

Therefore, the .0015 max. radius or chamfer on drawing does not require a radius or chamfer, and the edge can be sharp, but if a radius or chamfer is present, it must not be any larger than .0015 [0.038 mm].( p0 {, }1 u6 j% g X: e M
