2 J7 P1 i2 `! d0 PWhen startup Wildfire 4.0, only the logo appear then disappear, Wildfire 4.0 cannot be launched.

This issue happened when there are two different versions ofPro/ENGINEER installed on one machine and they are share the same cache.- L: k+ Q' A5 }9 u+ U
1 U9 u I( s! Z5 _To resolve this issue, there are two ways:& ?; v. H6 v0 `
, M6 G0 D0 \* j% B! nOne way is to delete the cache before startup Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0.
! O8 p* G+ m& O5 d) i% J>> Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator（or yourlogin name）\Application Data\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf, delete the.wf folder.
& a/ t) w6 |5 T `0 v' m>> If you had set system environment PTC_WF_ROOT, please delete the folder under PTC_WF_ROOT.

! |9 ?# u; h2 F# SThe other way is to add system environment at Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 startup command.' @, p% J% G& Z8 [' I4 n( Q
>> Open the Pro/ENGINEER startup file .psf (at<proe_loadpoint>\bin folder) with wordpad, add a line"ENV=PTC_WF_ROOT=D:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4", the valueD:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4 is the path for writing cache. (Refer tobellowed picture) |
