- Z+ @+ a3 {9 j) a) |2 T4 aThis issue happened when there are two different versions ofPro/ENGINEER installed on one machine and they are share the same cache." c9 b- F2 i: v" O$ `

To resolve this issue, there are two ways:
: u4 ^9 s! g# P* B% J1 }, K) C
One way is to delete the cache before startup Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0.
4 w1 D! S" X/ c% {( g, v>> Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator（or yourlogin name）\Application Data\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf, delete the.wf folder.# f! o$ i7 U7 b9 k" e
>> If you had set system environment PTC_WF_ROOT, please delete the folder under PTC_WF_ROOT.

$ ]8 u9 n; L o! B, b4 ~2 E, ?4 c& \: U$ mThe other way is to add system environment at Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 startup command.. U4 G$ P0 ~* Z
>> Open the Pro/ENGINEER startup file .psf (at<proe_loadpoint>\bin folder) with wordpad, add a line"ENV=PTC_WF_ROOT=D:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4", the valueD:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4 is the path for writing cache. (Refer tobellowed picture) |
