I can try to fix but I need a simple test file (please make a folder with all needed files: geometry, materials, initial and other date...) so I can run your study in ProCAST module and see the problem!

Now MICRO calculation is fixed!
Here is a additional patch... Use this patches for already cracked ( not original ) "pro_icc.exe" and "pro_vcc.exe"!

I'm sorry to trouble you, I fall into a new trouble that the procast can not work after I followed the readme file ,put the patches into <ProCAST2006.1 program directory>\bin and run them, the cmd information is " Unable to open formatted input file p.dat" . would you please help us one more time ,thank you very very much!

但是运行后 procast计算时却打不开p.dat了, 不知道你会不会遇到这个问题啊

To use MICRO module you need to:

1) Install ProCAST2006.1

2) Replace original *.exe in "<ProCAST2006.1 program directory> \bin" directory with craked ones from archive in my post#1

3) Download a additional crack "procast2006.1_micro_crk_gellmaR.rar" from my post#46, unRAR two patches from that archive into "<ProCAST2006.1 program directory> \bin" and run them

I did not see such a problems on my computers!
Did you create that *p.dat files in licensed or cracked PC2006.1?

oh ,may be that's my fault, The ProCAST2006.1 Installation which I didn't download from this forum because of our bad campus net . I asked a friend to send me an installation file which may not fit the crack, really thank you very much ,solid_user. I'll try to find a way to download the installation from the ftp and try again.. thank you

It will be very usefull if you can compare ORIGINAL files in "ProCAST2006.1 program directory" from your Installation and from this forum ftp-Installation and report what files are different!

hi, yesterday evening I got a installation from this forum ftp,which I found that was same from the installation I used before . The problem which i found out is on my operating-system . I'm sorry that I don't have ORIGINAL files,although I really wish to offer it ,in order to requite your big help. I don't know that there are really a difference between the assemble module in meshcast and that mentioned in meshcast's users guide. I believe that you're sure to solve it some day ,cause you are our hero, thank you !!

It is ussual thing... MeshCAST can not automaticaly create a mesh on complex geometry with default settings
YOU HAVE TO EDIT MESH MANUALY! (read MeshCAST Manual )

Or use a Geomesh http://www.3dportal.cn/discuz/viewthread.php?tid=405646
or Visual-Mesh for meshing models for ProCAST
