全球契约十项原则(The Ten Principles of UN Global Compact)- -
The Ten Principles   
The Global Compact's ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and
anti-corruption enjoy universal consensus and are derived from:
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development

The Global Compact asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of
influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment,

Human Rights
4 i3 z8 p6 g# ^6 pPrinciple 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed
human rights; and
Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of
the right to collective bargaining;
5 A1 Q: [# T9 @Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
  ~  ?  o) C0 @! ?Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
* L8 R* g9 p3 ]0 K' f" z! FPrinciple 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

Anti-Corruption
Principle 10: Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and

原则1. 企业应在其影响力范围内对保护国际人权给予支持和尊重。
原则2. 企业应保证不与践踏人权者同流合污。
