• The process control plan and PFMEA, which is part of a PPAP is working, living document to control process and evaluate predictability and continuous improvement

• The point of cost reduction is not only for the customer, it is also for the supplier.

• Revision of “preliminary Process capability” now called initial process studies G6 n' V: I9 ~: C& G' p
• The use of CPK or PPK and consistent with the SPC reference manual (CPK of 1.67 now required)
