含氧化铁粉粒状脱硫剂的脱硫性能研究

摘 要:干法脱硫由于其脱硫剂利用率低而未达到广泛的应用,为研究高效的干法脱硫剂,在干法粒状脱硫剂% S8 z e" M3 N
中加入金属氧化物Fe2O3作为催化剂,通过实验确定直径、蒸汽活化、加湿和加入Fe2O3粉对脱硫剂脱硫速率' n+ ]5 A; U, f% y( j
及钙利用率的影响,从而确定Fe2O3粉的催化性能并初步分析其催化机理.由曲线图中曲线对比可得,Fe2O3. M! s1 |2 z3 V) F3 m/ {) a
粉的催化性能与其投加量有关,少量Fe2O3粉与过量Fe2O3粉对反应的促进作用不明显,所以存在最佳的添加
