　　根据法国论坛报报道，本周德国西门子集团首席财务官Joe Kaeser表示考虑收购法国阿海珐集团输配电业务。
　　他表示，法国政府一直在向阿海珐集团施加压力，要求其将输配电业务从集团分离，Kaeser称，“如果阿海珐集团有意出售其此项业务，我相信它知道最好的买家是谁。”

I wish to inform you that AREVA’s Supervisory Board has announced today its plan to put T&D up for sale. This is an important moment for our company, and I wanted to share my views on this with every one of you at first-hand.

The sale process will most likely extend over the next few months and I will keep you informed at every step. The group and its shareholder, the French State, will closely examine all proposals, paying particular attention to the social, industrial and financial project of potential interested buyers.

AREVA has actively and intelligently supported us these past few years, helping us to get to where we are today: a world leader on many segments and in many regions.
We’ve shown the market and our customers and our competitors that our company is serious, efficient and innovative; that our strategic project is successful; that our teams are talented.

This announcement recognizes the value of our company – and this success is yours. Thanks to your efforts and your commitment, individually and collectively, you have made T&D what it is today - and you can be proud of it. It is T&D’s people and their talent that potential buyers are interested in.

As far as I’m concerned, I have few certainties but many convictions.
I’m convinced that T&D deserves solid and committed shareholders that will support our company project.
I’m convinced that our customers and all our partners believe in us and support us.
Finally, I’m convinced that by staying focused, despite this sale process, on ensuring our customers’ satisfaction, our employees’ safety and delivering on our commitments, we will continue to make the difference.

Our focus these past few years has been our business, day in, day out, in all our regions, our business units and our sites. Let’s continue to concentrate on what’s in our hands: our future.
