挖掘机配置
: I5 R7 ]3 \: B' N* l进口康明斯发动机 国产川崎主泵主阀
使用时间大约在10000小时 前后主泵压力34MPa,先导压力怠速3·9MPa高速4·3MPa.
出现问题
6 ?, F- m5 G* z9 P" J1.发动机大修更换4配套，后试机正常，装到挖机上后试机出现沉闷的敲击声，转速越高，声响的频率越高
0 h9 H9 I) F, D% R( K0 v2.怠速时（大概1100转左右），冷机状态空做任何动作动作发动机熄火，热机状态空做任何动作，发动机掉速

in my opinion ,
1.the noise is coming from the gears .the engine oil lubricating the gear is not enough

2.the loadmatch of the Engine and the Pump is bad or the fuel filter has big resistance
