Issue Desc:

5 Y0 G& [2 ~# IThis issue happened when there are two different versions ofPro/ENGINEER installed on one machine and they are share the same cache.

To resolve this issue, there are two ways:
0 J7 t0 K0 O. G4 j; m G/ M/ u' [% S2 w
One way is to delete the cache before startup Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0.
8 S0 @, `/ z: m* Z9 |$ x# ?/ g>> Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator（or yourlogin name）\Application Data\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf, delete the.wf folder.
}# t& ^. x% l7 u1 F>> If you had set system environment PTC_WF_ROOT, please delete the folder under PTC_WF_ROOT., W: i" Q. W; h* K) G @
6 q7 U, r9 x# M; E8 J2 ?- KThe other way is to add system environment at Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 startup command.
% u& f: m& w& m0 P! x& W>> Open the Pro/ENGINEER startup file .psf (at<proe_loadpoint>\bin folder) with wordpad, add a line"ENV=PTC_WF_ROOT=D:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4", the valueD:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4 is the path for writing cache. (Refer tobellowed picture) |
