It is recommended to use COPRA?as User with local administrator rights.
* e0 Z" ~1 o2 U- i! ZIf this is not possible, the minimum requirements are that the user is a member 9 W6 o) B+ z5 s% z) ^5 s
of the Power User group and the following changes need to be done.

& s8 U, p/ X6 @3 AThe following 3 steps are necessary to give a user the rights to work as * W$ Y" e- x$ O6 k
power user (main user)with COPRA:! z( Z, T) O; t7 r; C

1. Disable simple file sharing$ b1 g; Z6 Q E0 ^2 o' a% P
Open "My Computer" or the Windows "explorer", click in the menu bar "Tools"
$ X3 _: w# T, T9 Aand choose "Folder options". You will the option "Simple file sharing (recommended)"
# h( a( q0 N- M/ B* Gin the index card "View". Disable this option.) K2 ^: O2 z4 ~% U: W/ R

2. Execute CopraRights.bat* ?6 t) ]: } }7 H
Browse for the file CopraRights.bat in the COPRA installation directory
5 D5 E+ ^" {# F, R7 i5 \4 ]in Windows explorer (e.g. C:/Program Files/COPRA2005) and double click it.8 t" T5 J8 M. H% U8 {. j* h+ L
You will be asked for the name of the User who will use COPRA?
( P4 K2 J3 u @& J0 x8 [Enter the name of the user and confirm with Return.

Z& e4 {' ^4 C0 g) Y& J: T1 Q3. Give the User access to the registry of the computer
, R5 }7 X! G8 [Click on the Windows "Start" menu select "run..." next enter "regedt32"
6 V3 o. F6 e7 k, w5 Dand confirm with OK. The Registry Editor will open.

% X1 ~! P+ x9 s$ o2 P4 Y' T' sBrowse in
8 e3 L$ i# E! u9 oHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Microsoft SQL Server for the folder COPRADB.
5 `% t1 G. k; p- DA right mouse key click on this folder opens a context menu - choose the option
$ }9 w) k& e2 [: u+ f! w"permissions". Add either a Power User group or simply the desired User and give him 9 H0 }( ^6 Y# A9 H. N
