My job involved designing presstools for stage and progressive stamping, project management, engineering support (tool maintenance and repair), customer services (customer enquiries and complaints, quotations), quality control (raw materials, in process, out-going inspections), accounts receivable (preparing customer invoices) for a manufacturing program for large US company that manufactured computers and laptops. I also provided training seminars for 80 engineers twice a month covering such details, as presstool design, presstool manufacturing, materials and heat treatment, surface coatings, presstool and production safety.% n+ b4 @3 @8 D# N- v) Z' l9 Z. ]% A
