但是从实际生产的角度来说,这个是不足取的,因为UT探伤对操作人员的专业素质要求很高。必须持有相应的资质证书,但即使这样,一些疏漏也是难免的,很难保证水压试验就真的不漏水。所以我建议楼主还应进行水压试验,毕竟看得到的成果才使人最放心(笔者的工厂就发生过水柜全部做过探伤,而水压试验时依然发现泄漏的情况)。况且对于热力管道来说,施压是规范要求,也是业主必不可少的要求。 6 C& I3 c3 R# _对于贯穿性的缺陷,只要探伤的是有资质的专业人员。UT探伤均能很好的发现。这点楼主不用担心。
