If you are refering two part in solid modeling:
/ ?! z; [7 z4 n! nThen select the part A as skeching plane first, then use command > filter, right click > filter\ line , select part B to focus on part A plane.

If you are refering two drawing in 2D drafting, even simple.
7 p" a% I; W/ @' |: tJust open part B drawing, select line to be copy/reference using CTR + C button. Then open out part A drawing, and used CTR +V to paste on the view that you want. |
