GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10：1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10：2003的相关内容

The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance/ G. E+ K H& O
with the criteria given below.
0 P. r+ R; V& K2 M' M1 f8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:
3 E/ g f- A3 m6 y; X* @a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed; ~1 ?5 S; k9 ]( {+ Y' R4 R- W
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the
) j) `! f8 b: o4 \4 Oflame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;
' Z6 l( X1 O. ?c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding& T% f+ X: w H2 J
40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding- @5 S; {, M; @* |3 I
75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
/ p Q. Q9 f, ]% L$ p/ Ed) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm8 L5 |+ L N0 v5 Z C" m
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.
- c- L; x" f" N6 D8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:
* x; E8 W6 F1 h2 F0 F4 Y& Z) \a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
5 j9 }* e: ]; Ab) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, it- s/ N; U7 Q Z
shall not have the flame front pass the 100 mm mark;- i/ j4 E, e3 G8 X1 Q
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
& C- H3 R* z% N4 p6 g) {8 V, ]; `40 mm/min.
1 r0 }9 j; Z' _) \9 m8.4.3 A material classified HB75 shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding 75 mm/min, if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark. |
