摘要: 介绍一种高压架空输电线自动防冻的方案，即在架空输电线上附着防冻自动控制器及其相连的发热电
7 b# X* q1 b, m. B1 c线。当架空输电线温度低于3°C 时，防冻自动控制器将开启通电，使发热电线升温，提高架空输电线的温度，

Abstract: Introduce a plan of preventing the high voltage overhead transmission line from being frozen． In other
words，A antifreeze automatic controller and the heating line are attached with the high voltage overhead transmission
( l+ t8 F2 f; r  Uline． When the temperature is below 3 degree，the antifreeze automatic controller will be opened，the heating-line’s
temperature is begin to rise，the high voltage overhead transmission’s temperature is begin to rise． When the temperature
( n1 j/ F* U$ j1 d; ]* R/ tis higher than 12 degree，the antifreeze automatic controller is closed． Consequently，the high voltage overhead
  ^2 z4 {% n: |' |# H% wtransmission line will not be frozen any longer． So according the plan，the disaster which is caused by the frozen high
