国内的质量体系认证机构哪家通过了欧盟注册？

我国的大部分制造商通过的ISO 9000质量管理体系认证都是由国内的质量体系认证机构进行的，由于欧盟的承压设备指令要求制造商要通过在欧盟注册的ISO 9000质量管理体系认证机构的认证，制造商才可以自行出具产品质量证明书，因此带来很多麻烦。
    请问有谁知道我国有哪些质量体系的认证机构通过了欧盟的注册，如果有，可以向这样的机构申请认证，以减少麻烦。谢谢。

我们的9000是上海摩迪，IRIS是上海法国贝尔。此外还有上海莱茵。上网上可以找到。

可能那些欧盟的认证机构在华开设的分公司或办事处应是可以的。

国内的认证机构不可能在欧盟注册。可以做承压设备指令认证的机构，不是认证机构，而是公告机构。这些机构只能在欧盟境内。

在其附录1的4.3条中有如下规定：

Where a material manufacturer has an appropriate quality=assurance system, certified by a competent body established within the community and having undergone a specific assessment for materials, certificates issued by the manufacturer are presumed to certify conformity with the relevant requirements of this section.

. O) a' V& O: h- [! A. _" t大意为：如果材料制造商的质量保证体系通过了欧洲共同体内指定的主管机构的认证，并对其材料进行了专门的评定，则制造商颁发的证书就被推定为符合本附录的相关要求。

谢谢你的更到位的翻译。但还是那个问题，要通过欧盟注册的机构的质量体系认证。这一指令让欧盟以外的企业要么花钱让欧盟的机构认证，要么每次发货你就花钱请认可的第三方监检。这个指令挺顾家的啊。
