我们公司正在建立IIRIS《国际铁路行业标准》这个质量管理体系。 $ h8 G- T5 M% ~" M) n( P% k0 ~# ^4 _
这个体系要求“应有形成文件的程序，以确保考虑到当前订单和中长期订单预测而具有适当的人员、设备等方面的能力”（A documented Procedure shall be in place to ensure the appropriate capacity regarding personnel, equipment, etc. taking into consideration the current order book and the forecast orders on a mid and long term basis.）。$ a" j! u5 `6 h K0 R
: x! a8 N6 }; t. H0 v 现在不知道如何结合中长期订单预测来做产能规划，急求生产产能规划方面的文件或者资料。
