含氧化铁粉粒状脱硫剂的脱硫性能研究

摘 要:干法脱硫由于其脱硫剂利用率低而未达到广泛的应用,为研究高效的干法脱硫剂,在干法粒状脱硫剂3 l$ }2 Y, @# o: t; }! b+ Y
中加入金属氧化物Fe2O3作为催化剂,通过实验确定直径、蒸汽活化、加湿和加入Fe2O3粉对脱硫剂脱硫速率9 a, V' t% G% a: G
及钙利用率的影响,从而确定Fe2O3粉的催化性能并初步分析其催化机理.由曲线图中曲线对比可得,Fe2O33 N* ?$ s: ^# O% ^5 p3 j
粉的催化性能与其投加量有关,少量Fe2O3粉与过量Fe2O3粉对反应的促进作用不明显,所以存在最佳的添加; z. d, j* Y( P) m1 c1 T. h& |
量,由实验可得其最佳添加量在总质量的1.5%~6%之间., ]; A, t2 O. x

; H( n' d! |" t: C. }the catalysis of Fe2O3is derived and primariy analysis on the catalytic mechanism is fulfilled. From the figures the( J% X$ w8 n( Z# C4 M: f
catalysis of Fe2O3is connected with the quantity is obtained. Less Fe2O3and more Fe2O3cannot promote the reaction.
