Solidworks09在Windows 7 64位的安装方式与Vista的64 相同，如果你装不上说明你的windows7版本有问题。接下来装好后，当你尝试保存/打开一个sw文件，就会出现问题，表明你“ sldm没有回应” 。

如果在32位环境中，你可以用在快捷方式上——右键，在兼容方式里选择windows xp，解决问题，但是在64位系统里，这是无效的。

该修补程序如下：

1.进入的SolidWorks的文件夹重命名sldfileopen.dll 为sldfileopen.old 。

2.用记事本打开此文件。

3. 转到文件>保存为。

4. 把保存类型从*. txt 改为所有文件。

5. 文件名改回“ sldfileopen.dll ”，点击保存 。

6. OK！

On Windows 7 64 Bit it installs the same way as Vista 64, but the problem occurs when you try to Save/Open a file, it Shows you "sldm not responding"

the fix is as follows:

1. Go to the SolidWorks 2008 folder an rename the "sldfileopen.dll" to "sldfileopen.old" (without the quotes) or move it to a different directory.

4. Change the ‘Save as type from *.txt to All Files.

0 h$ \. W( w# _) _9 w' U  p5. Write "sldfileopen.dll" into the “File Name” field and save the file to the desktop (It wont save directly to the SolidWorks directory if you have UAC on).

7 F/ T& h8 `" q+ h( Y" e' i: q6. Drag or copy the file from the desktop to the SolidWorks 2008 directory. Click “Continue” if UAC nags you.

7. Solidworks should start as normal!!! Hope it works for you guys too
