Abstract:
1 y6 C0 f5 e4 k2 s4 r: U- ]This paper describes reasonable design of the HVDC-VSC model for large grid-connection wind farm, and presents the short-term stability (three phase short circuit fault) simulation results.
9 A; M0 I5 d6 `: Z1 |( u) l3 mIn this paper, it presents an aggregated, single-machine model of the wind farm has been added at the wind farm-side of the HVDC-VSC transmission system, and also a reduced pitch control model of the wind turbine blade pitch system has been implemented. Therefore, the HVDC-VSC model has been designed, when the gird is subject to faults, the dynamic control for the grid-side and wind farm-side converter is applied to control the HVDC-VSC transmission system and allow the ride-through operation. A simplified model of the grid equivalent delivered by Energinet.dk has been presented for the simulation.
