In the troposphere located at 2～ 8km height above sea-level of the equator area between south latitude 30°and north latitude 30°(most areas including China, Australia), there is a strong wind which has a constant good, abundant wind energy , stable wind direction and stable high speed wind - -extremely ideal wind source for wind power(or: wind powered electricity).
