If this is not possible, the minimum requirements are that the user is a member

3 v( l$ U, \' ?" `, tThe following 3 steps are necessary to give a user the rights to work as

Open "My Computer" or the Windows "explorer", click in the menu bar "Tools"
+ i( ?. P2 K/ o' t4 e( F# h j7 dand choose "Folder options". You will the option "Simple file sharing (recommended)" 9 \& ~* t8 N+ N4 V' r9 R& Z
in the index card "View". Disable this option.
+ Q- ]+ I$ [1 r$ J8 x! Z. i% w- p; n
2. Execute CopraRights.bat
! ] L5 J& T1 F" S- ?. tBrowse for the file CopraRights.bat in the COPRA installation directory. s0 \, w* H2 I0 x2 g
in Windows explorer (e.g. C:/Program Files/COPRA2005) and double click it.8 Q* y, j R' @' H
You will be asked for the name of the User who will use COPRA? 7 }/ o- J9 F) ]" W" F! f
Enter the name of the user and confirm with Return. S# @0 t9 n$ p0 j4 O( a
2 P! Z/ _) G0 C$ Z1 Q! ~. o
3. Give the User access to the registry of the computer8 l, E! k4 T1 n" V: U. t R Y
Click on the Windows "Start" menu select "run..." next enter "regedt32"
2 ]& g a% k- } {! q. Zand confirm with OK. The Registry Editor will open.

Browse in
6 G, _: |, [, o& @5 LHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Microsoft SQL Server for the folder COPRADB.& X+ M) s/ V- N- x( m$ w
A right mouse key click on this folder opens a context menu - choose the option
7 x6 i" o( n1 O: w3 E# m"permissions". Add either a Power User group or simply the desired User and give him : N( `0 ?$ C5 I. C; J
Read-only access., m6 O! w7 ?1 L- u. A
