S420MC是EN10149-2:1996标准中的一种热轧冷变型用高屈服温度钢
它的化学成分如下：
C：≤ 0.12
4 J$ C" }1 x( v! q1 k3 ~Si：≤ 0.50
5 _4 o9 r9 A: z+ XMn：≤1.60
0 z5 I6 [6 z) MP：≤ 0.025
S：≤ 0.015
- d6 Q4 O6 T: t2 o0 dAl：≥0.015; Nb：≤ 0.09 ; V：≤ 0.20
此材料不能等同国内的45号钢

FeE420是EU113-72中的一个牌号，分KGN、KTN二个级别
2 ^; H& f" _; i! X5 l7 o: c$ D" y在新的欧盟标准中，它对应于S420N和S420NL，详见EN10025附录。
这几种材料，我公司有8mm以上的板材

Tempering > 580 deg. leads to an decrease of the strength of the thermomechanical treated material. The lowest application temperature amounts to - 20 deg. At this temperature the proof of the notch impact energy of min. 40 J can be agreed.
1 c  z! c2 }& R) F/ F* ]The min. bending mandrel diameter for the 180°-bending test (transversal specimen) amounts to 0.5*t (t=specimen thickness).
