[求助] ASTM A335钢管是否必须做压扁试验

在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。

NOTE 7—The term “lot” applies to all pipe of the same nominal size
  t: o; X6 ^, ^. Jand wall thickness (or schedule) which is produced from the same heat of

14.2 Hardness Test:
+ g: x+ ?9 e, b2 P14.2.1 For pipe of Grades P91, P92, P122, P911, and P36,' V% K" D. S# f4 w
Brinell, Vickers, or Rockwell hardness tests shall be made on
8 m3 d! e0 Z# t$ W" o8 [a specimen from each lot (see Note 7).
" {/ A8 s# D* x: S$ F( l+ @14.3 Bend Test:# q+ O9 U7 p; R- `0 ]. ?1 l! V  r0 M+ E
14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose( m! Y. _4 f+ ]
diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less shall be subjected
4 E) E7 [0 B$ Q* hto the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose$ W. y  V) a) O' i9 S+ i4 |8 }
diameter equals or exceeds NPS 10 may be given the bend test5 F: b1 G, o, P
in place of the flattening test subject to the approval of the
# [$ l' M6 o! _: d* e) L5 dpurchaser.1 n% P( q/ ?4 E2 C# ]5 O+ T+ [. a
14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room9 P1 C/ x2 U1 D
temperature through 180° without cracking on the outside of
9 {2 L2 ?# p1 g; h4 g$ q" E/ y6 mthe bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.

1 z) p3 d9 N- l) k( k/ u" M14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.35 Z/ Z1 p2 V! b# a
shall be cut from one end of the pipe and, unless otherwise
  u: ~" |5 X+ u: Vspecified, shall be taken in a transverse direction. One test
# u# l( c4 O0 ?# @- ?* c9 @& Aspecimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible' i' ?' V: L; c7 W8 I4 i3 Y! z% g
and another from as close to the inner surface as possible. The! l* y! n, E* t$ u3 q) K% G7 z
specimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in
1 c) q& Y- z: m9 L. ?2 b) Ssection or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the
2 n4 g% U; D9 q4 c) Ncorners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need
  J! ?) S, F. Hnot exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples0 x$ r* @/ y6 H
placed in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the( {6 R& G" s) E' ^3 M/ d* D& N
inner and outer surface of the pipe, respectively.

One or more of the following supplementary requirements shall apply only when specified in the& y. g! C, W6 d2 T1 \
purchase order. The purchaser may specify a different frequency of test or analysis than is provided* v  S) V4 z1 J8 T. y3 \
in the supplementary requirement. Subject to agreement between the purchaser and manufacturer,
7 S0 M  T4 e; \: s( m3 Bretest and retreatment provisions of these supplementary requirements may also be modified.
( `3 I/ n  s  n* jS1. Product Analysis
; L; ^/ N) V: G* X& ]2 US1.1 Product analysis shall be made on each length of pipe., p, C4 i/ @% H% K' K4 a  \
Individual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition
+ w/ `9 p. l2 K7 f6 i' Q5 Irequirements shall be rejected.
7 U  L- k# j) q* i4 RS2. Transverse Tension Tests( @# I) q2 S* B5 M: ?( \
S2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen
  k$ `% Z% l- H+ Z0 d( X/ O' _from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this$ f6 q& ^& O' z* X9 t7 f. u* K( N
supplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per
$ T8 H4 ?" X7 E$ I0 c: R1 {9 qpipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails
5 j" Z* i! u+ K7 \. H8 x' o- m. qto meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and
/ s4 ?. c2 a' }elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment! ]  `: ?  [! r# ?( b' t
in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory
( k: a3 f1 V( C* n5 ^+ |1 N# m. Mretest.
# X4 L0 n& o0 Y. ~) H; j# Q. l1 w$ PS3. Flattening Test
' v7 C0 g8 p: V# k" O+ QS3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M
5 p% c$ N* N1 O+ d4 Bshall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each/ u: y0 i  `$ l0 ~5 E
pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement
* s- R8 K; L: k" Q% Y! S; }is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be' ]% b3 f2 y4 b5 E0 V
specified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack* q. F0 j& I# X
of ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of6 o6 N, s% j, h/ ~5 L
the flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected
1 K/ g: M/ D. U3 T" f3 esubject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
+ a/ b& r- U* S4 J& N) f; d: y* mA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length
! }0 y& S9 q8 S3 W; K- r; Sof pipe fails because of a lack of soundness that length shall be# u6 l7 j. o0 ?3 K! `+ [( q5 f* P
rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining$ ?+ D3 I# F4 f7 `' j1 ~$ n
length is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted7 X1 A1 h" e4 T+ g1 w/ j
for the flattening test for pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25+ _1 e$ P; j8 w) S" b: K3 ]5 g
and whose diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less.
