在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。2 S( U6 W/ s, M" V; X k

Test, Hardness Test, or Bend Test—For material heat

NOTE 7—The term “lot” applies to all pipe of the same nominal size

steel and subjected to the same finishing treatment in a continuous, O6 n& c [& ^ S! O
furnace; when final heat treatment is in a batch-type furnace, the lot shall- M* \4 o* z9 P4 f
include only that pipe which is heat treated in the same furnace charge.1 ]+ q( ~" V+ f$ z
14.2 Hardness Test:

14.3.1 For pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25 and whose

to the bend test instead of the flattening test. Other pipe whose

14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room

14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.3) i6 V! }* W3 `) K; F6 E/ ^
shall be cut from one end of the pipe and, unless otherwise

( [/ l* F+ v9 C2 Aspecimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible
1 ?4 n+ T+ L% V) T% jand another from as close to the inner surface as possible. The
" f/ y5 N. ?' l" k9 Mspecimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in; _* w# N, e! H) I
section or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the9 f; h4 G0 a3 t: B: ?4 `( I
corners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need9 n! E* h [/ I! L+ N2 u
not exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples4 G8 R& G4 u! [& q" V1 g- e% v8 A
placed in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the

Individual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition: B" ~; J3 Q3 s' C# h* k# c( o
requirements shall be rejected.2 }* p0 ~. S9 n& z* ?& u
S2. Transverse Tension Tests9 J. R4 i/ @/ A. |
S2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen1 N7 I9 H9 l! g5 V
from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this
# u) \3 K: w. {9 Qsupplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per+ H! x* L! }1 ~# V9 N( n
pipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails
8 p1 B, a) l% a( Z) Eto meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and. i4 d: l5 e, @0 a1 K
elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment8 T4 g- R# F- D* w" w- L9 e
in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory5 r" \) \3 N2 P' |/ K/ E
retest.
D5 l" |1 Q. \, p+ _- m& zS3. Flattening Test
$ |. g1 s6 o& y$ p( O$ ~8 x& ~S3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M

pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement" Z2 @1 B8 c5 M" }" p9 z/ U$ M
is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be& q2 a8 v8 \/ c T G
specified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack
$ r$ \, \0 L8 ^# n8 M) {! x3 Qof ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of
% `2 b% ]& k- v7 v# N b; ythe flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected2 u7 H1 E- Y- l, V! l% G! j Z
subject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
1 m+ w, ]+ k+ N3 e, W; Y7 V2 bA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length

rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining
& z4 Y$ a$ \2 A ~" C. O# x0 w% tlength is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted& y9 y6 y& x! ?
for the flattening test for pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25$ R1 d% @! |" i6 s8 }% S
and whose diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less. |
