摘要：为应对国内外熔模精密铸造业的发展趋势和国内对熔模铸造模料(熔模铸造蜡)的市场需求，本文根据实验室配方试验结果，研究开发了低、中温系列精密铸造模料釜内调合、间歇式生产的调合生产工艺，并进行了工业生产，所得产品质量稳定、重复性好，提高了石油蜡的产品附加值。 2 U5 C( S" A' C& C# c8 |3 u$ [) o关键词：精密铸造；蜡；调合；生产工艺* ^! G. Y4 x8 r6 }' R7 C: U

Abstract：Considering of the international development trend of the casting industry and the domestic ; `9 n# v0 `6 G9 u. m9 hmarket demand of the mold casting pattern materials(mold casting waxes)，a new concoction technology ( K/ |1 C I+ o; ?for producing low，middle temperature series mold casting pattern materials are developed．Experimental: L. results show that the new technology can produce products with better quality reliability and repeatability， c: ]" M- W8 b7 J$ ^: ^& x/ I2 j
