GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10:1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10:2003的相关内容
0 P/ G6 T: R$ I8.4 Classification
# j3 A. J! T% e; l% [3 g% u/ SThe materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance+ ~3 @2 N- }3 e3 D7 l
with the criteria given below.
' D+ {9 L+ N7 g, T a, x8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:6 E- t$ l% W. S2 ~
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
. @9 z' K$ {) B6 Ob) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the
! G g5 _5 E aflame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;8 z4 X6 h6 `; B
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding* n+ e6 @+ h5 {; j
40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding
% }$ X% p+ w1 [4 ]* ~75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
. t; B* r8 f+ M: @d) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm# A. x* j+ r3 }5 ~8 `- V
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.
# B; {: Z& }1 a5 e6 x! l8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:
! [9 ^0 J. U4 r8 e+ x, aa) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;! |+ W0 b! s$ l; y. A- n7 Y

8.4.3 A material classified HB75 shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding 75 mm/min, if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark. |
