Design and development changes shall be identified and records maintained. The changes& i" A+ B2 D1 c2 L" h" Q. w7 }
shall be reviewed, verified and validated, as appropriate, and approved before: x/ \! F0 ^, x* z6 w F
implementation. The review of design and development changes shall include evaluation of9 p1 u) X: K$ f ^
the effect of the changes on constituent parts and product already delivered. Records of the
7 p% P3 T: b+ t" {% j: d I1 ~results of the review of changes and any necessary actions shall be maintained (see 4.2.4).: }% \5 R& q5 D
