全球契约十项原则(The Ten Principles of UN Global Compact)- -
The Ten Principles

The International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development
# M; S2 j( T. cThe United Nations Convention Against Corruption
The Global Compact asks companies to embrace, support and enact, within their sphere of
0 O$ i5 v/ D& j3 }influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment,
, w0 K1 Z1 C" r, L0 Yand anti-corruption:

. d7 G5 s5 ]( V' ?1 P5 aPrinciple 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed
) Y% y+ g& v. X  D9 Khuman rights; and
, r0 F. c, X  q$ |3 R/ m0 sPrinciple 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Labour Standards
Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of
the right to collective bargaining;
5 _8 A* q" r( g3 B$ R" g+ UPrinciple 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
% q  g: l, e# U$ cPrinciple 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Environment
Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and

Anti-Corruption
& f0 ]7 {8 M8 u: G( G4 l5 c8 APrinciple 10: Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and
bribery.
