influence, a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment,
% T$ q. v$ T8 T! N* f- t) f/ Q1 Gand anti-corruption:

Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed
9 h5 P" c. M/ _& p! R- A8 ghuman rights; and
Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Labour Standards
* `7 y2 @9 t& z7 D- [/ H/ _Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of
3 N; v, h4 K1 y* Q* tthe right to collective bargaining;
+ V* i4 l6 d; s- `1 I- APrinciple 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
) ~, `$ E3 w- A9 T7 ]! tPrinciple 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Environment
