Abstract:
. e6 @5 q9 P6 s2 `4 OTornado-type wind-powered water-pumping system consists of Tornado-type tower and water-elevating tube. The flow entering the tower forms a strong vortex which creates a low pressure region at the bottom of tower, and this low pressure makes it possible for the pressure difference water-elevating device to lift water. In this paper, the model test of the wind-powered water-pumping system was conducted and the results of the tests prove that the principle of the system is correct.- m1 k5 A! z' z7 L' G3 Y- y
