在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。

14.1 Transverse or Longitudinal Tension Test and Flattening

14.2 Hardness Test:

14.3 Bend Test:

14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.3

specimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in

S1.1 Product analysis shall be made on each length of pipe.
! `3 r3 e$ H* i+ \4 t) ^6 l6 GIndividual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition, G: [; {1 f0 B/ o+ j2 w
requirements shall be rejected. B( K, ` [, j- A* v
S2. Transverse Tension Tests
' q- u7 z: X7 j9 ~0 SS2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen/ T" j }% R. P! n! C3 c
from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this' U: ?: F0 H: |/ D0 @3 P
supplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per" y H2 u% p8 W, n
pipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails
4 b+ C2 a0 m7 f4 S" N0 ito meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and$ B+ K' s; g, n/ p4 O
elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment
# o# G+ s3 g0 }& h, u; P$ {in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory

S3. Flattening Test
0 [: p$ _, U l `/ \* L, tS3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M
' i( A& d+ c( k' v9 nshall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each
3 m3 p5 s1 @1 S, D. @pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement* x' o1 p; O9 T
is specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be) D/ g4 R# R$ @/ `6 d' o" N( k
specified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack
2 h# i, o+ e& R, Bof ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of! G* Z6 s/ ^+ f2 c: ^7 ]
the flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected- {* P( ~" W& o) s3 w
subject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
3 V* L+ d& \) h ^8 wA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length0 K, D$ C) e3 z! I! X w2 N5 f$ [
of pipe fails because of a lack of soundness that length shall be
9 w2 m) N" m* p) P- [rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining
" N4 g$ n) f' |- Tlength is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted6 U0 T, w. _+ @3 t& A
for the flattening test for pipe whose diameter exceeds NPS 25
