首先说明:超声波100%探伤不能代替水压试验。1 f0 B( d4 Y2 O6 j& V) V
超声波探伤发现的是焊缝中的宏观缺陷,检测标准里面有允许的缺陷大小,探伤合格的焊缝只能保证满足设计强度的要求,对于漏水与否超声波探伤不能保证。

NDT保证设计强度要求,我想是不恰当的表达,任何一重探伤方法,都不可能检查出来"所有"的缺陷,探伤是检验的一种. ^! |! y$ m1 ?* ?: v
100%UT不可以替代压力试验是正确的,在特殊情况下,个别的情况经过一定的程序是可以替代的.标准上有明确的规定.4 k g6 b. H1 N( {! Z
在实际的施工中确实也存在着烂用这条规定,用RT UT替代压力试验,这是不正确的. 7 f& n2 H7 J' n% F/ z$ ? 2 A% z5 V2 I6 [- ]8 J/ S
