完善首饰精密铸造模型的工艺实践

饰原模型至首饰蜡模树的熔接过程中，易出现问题及解决措施。通过大量的实验验证，指出了利用首饰原模型硫化橡胶模具

ornament mould is the most important process among the manufaCturing processes． Problems and
9 w* u: M$ g6 C5 nmeasures in assembl ing／welding the wax patterns into a’investment tree’were investigated．After8 q2 _ m5 k5 X0 O
intensive experiments suitable temperature，pressure and time during sol idification of rubber mold/ K1 e2 v6 g$ @8 K+ M) W' k$ ^
were obtained．When injecting liquid wax to the rubber mold to make ornament wax pattern optimum# d) x' n( w) j* l
temperature，pressure and time were studied according to the com plexity of the design of personal, f1 @8 J) R% d4 t1 `
ornaments． These data are very important for mak ing perfect investment pattern for personal
