摘要

SUMMARY

试验工程师负责按照全球试验规范, 根据本地和全球的试验需求, 计划和执行各种试验; 判断分析试验中的被试件失效或试验台故障, 提出解决方案; 分析试验数据并提供试验结果; 协调设备维修部门制订和更新试验设备的维护保养计划; 负责现有试验设备的更新并参与新试验台的建造项目.

Test Engineeris responsible for scheduling and conducting tests according to global testspecification, doing troubleshooting for test unit or test stand during testing; analyzing test data and releasing test result; coordinatingwith maintenance departmentto create and update preventive maintenance plan for test stands; being responsible forupgrading current test stand and involving in the projects of new test facilitybuilding.

职责

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        根据全球或本地的试验需求,按照全球试验规范文件,与试验需求者协商制定试验计划, 并负责实施.

·        制定试验液压回路图,明确试验步骤. 协调试验所需的被试件,外协加工件和采购件及时到位.

·        按照试验流程正确操作和监控试验室设备,并负责解决试验台故障.保证试验设备和人员的安全操作和运行.

·        判断和分析试验过程中出现的被试件失效或试验台故障, 并找到解决方案.

·        分析试验后的零件或部件,及时将试验结果通报给试验需求者, 并提供详细的试验数据以及相关的结论.

·        协调设备维修部门制订和更新试验设备的维护保养计划. 确保试验设备的高效利用.

·        负责现有试验设备的更新并参与新试验台的建造项目.

·        According to global test specification,schedule and fulfill the test based on specific request.

·        Make hydraulic schematic for the test,and confirm test procedure with test requester. Make sure tested unit,fabricated and purchased components are ready for testing.

·        Operate test facility in according withtest process, and monitor test equipment as well. Ensure the safety of testpersonnel and test facilities.

·        Identify and analyze test unit failure or test sandproblem in period of test running, and find solution.

·        Analyze the tested parts or components,timely inform of test requester the test result, and provide detailed test dataand conclusion from test lab.

·        Coordinate with maintenance departmentto create and update preventive maintenance plan for test facilities in testlab. Ensure test facilities effective utilization.

·        Being responsible for upgrading current test standand involving in the projects of new test facility building.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        机械或液压工程专业大学本科及以上毕业。

·        至少3年液压行业的工作经验;有液压元件尤其是多路阀试验经验者优先。

·        掌握液压、机械、电气或电子控制等方面的知识。

·        熟悉压力、温度、速度和流量等传感器的应用,了解常用的数据测量仪器和数据采集系统;熟悉LabView和PLC者优先。

·        良好的沟通和团队合作能力。

·        良好的英语口语和写作能力。

·        熟练使用Outlook.Excel. Word. Powerpoint.

·        Bachelor or above degree in Mechanicalor Hydraulic Engineering.

·        At least 3 years working experience inhydraulic field; experience of testing hydraulic products, especially proportionaldirectional valve is preferred.

·        Knowledge about hydraulic, mechanicaland electric or electronic control.

·        Familiar with the application ofpressure, temperature, speed and flow sensors etc., know about general datameasuring instruments and data acquisition system; understand LabVIEW and PLCprogramming is plus.

·        Good communication skill and team work.

·        Good oral and written English.

·        Familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel andPowerpoint.
