Here is official HotFix for Solid Edge ST6 v106.00.00.100 Chinese

PR 6933810 - Rendering UI is unreadable in Chinese version
+ s3 U# ]7 s& w, b8 f& [& u* v, \! aTo avoid this problem, download the following file :
, c, G4 i- [9 ~+ B" ]' P) sSEST6MP1_CN.zip
1 a7 O1 u$ p0 IClose Solid Edge if it is running.
& k- W0 j6 I# o, b6 IExtract the shaders.mesg file to the ~Solid Edge ST6\Program\Resdlls\0009\Rendering\locale folder to overwrite the existing file.
9 D) }8 O" T5 B( hPlease note that this fix is applicable ONLY to the Simplified Chinese version of Solid Edge and should not be applied to any other language version.

It's not a common MP1
It's hotfix for ST6 Chinese Simplified version only...
