GB-T 2408-2008塑料 燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法 等效采用IEC 60695 11-10:1999 以下是IEC 60695 11-10:2003的相关内容. N% ?# G( k1 s( B! E8 v
8.4 Classification$ W- W1 e1 v( b; a$ ~. R
The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance8 P0 y5 S9 Z) c' m8 M# E5 q
with the criteria given below.# Z$ h: I1 v y8 _! U x7 y* n
8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:
+ n3 C m. [7 a# j+ `* J1 da) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;; Q5 A1 G; d/ {: O- e! U& z7 q! t8 N
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the @" |! q& Y0 F& f
flame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;
+ b6 V/ V9 y% Zc) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
- x9 J$ i2 V8 Y% }' t9 G40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding6 t" @. M' }: t) X& C
75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
% U% R7 X/ j8 e* r2 D/ wd) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm
9 p) t' k6 ]6 Vthickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.
: R8 R! `$ s+ D: Z8.4.2 A material classified HB40 shall present one of the following criteria:8 L% W. v" C$ U2 X
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
