- install the September 2009 Update,, [: v. K% x+ ?. o& M& ~
which is located in \September_Update on the DVD
$ C8 M' }2 @) P) o% L& Q- copy the patch to the installation folder, e.g.: C:\Visi17\Bin
2 g$ S7 M. V6 z and run the patch
