仅仅是很小的一件事情。

+ }* e* B6 U. y: K% v2 I2 c& t我们公司有两套热分析仪，均从德国MK公司进口的。! M5 m6 a I$ a# t4 \3 L# K
' c8 O' Q1 _6 y' }% u5 i由于其中一套需要送德国校验（时间太长）NO.2，生产就把已从德国校验回来的一套（NO.1）换上。结果发现热分析结果不在我们工艺规定（通过试验）的范围内。公司喜欢把问题交给德国做技术支持的Erwin，让他解决。+ w: Q1 _! J! m4 I0 y% z; j
4 B& {- _2 W' F# Q6 d其实问题在哪里我回忆回忆半年前隐约看出来了。但在中国，为了保住工作，我当时不敢有任何想法，不敢有任何意见。因为我一旦把问题提出来（那套NO.2热分析仪有问题），“客户”很可能要求停产，因为客户的所谓专家指定GR（看附件）范围11～13。而我们用该套热分析仪结果永远是13。9 R1 c0 I4 A# G3 q6 t. x' E
+ @2 |% J1 m9 j4 Z刚好趁这个机会让Erwin找出问题。如我所期望的一样，Erwin要求同时用两台热分析仪进行热分析，且要求做多次。+ z- b6 _4 ]* U5 {0 A0 \9 k/ L- {

我要求从昨天中班开始至今天每次热分析时均对两套热分析仪取样，统计结果。3 G0 R1 `9 J% _& j( E: L
今天在Erwin回德国之前，把记录的数据摊给他看，同时指出NO.2的GR永远是13，绝对有问题，他同意我的看法，立即打电话给德国MK公司，结果是NO.2的极限值可能是13。他笑了（我也笑了），他让我重新如何如何做试验重新定义GR的范围。

刚好质量经理（会说德语）经过，我把他喊过来，说明Erwin的意思，同时说做试验重新定义很简单，但可能涉及停产，你质量经理都承担不起吧，更何况是我。你先看Tong（中国人，总经理）何David（中国人，我的上司）答应不答应，他说那是那是。0 |, Q% n0 u' J8 w) ?% a* Z
! L; ?- o6 W/ y6 Z! [结果如我所料想的一样，Tong及David口头答应了，其实就是应付而已，他们并不关心热分析结果对生产有什么影响。
& J$ B4 m( K2 f7 _1 `7 b# F7 ?4 \, x: P$ \# E
就在我写帖子的时候，Erwin又语重心长的叮嘱如何如何做，记得Email联系。! u: _$ [# L! s3 U1 H; P
2 ]/ w g N. ]唉，Erwin不知道整个公司，从Tong，到David到工程师都在应付他。连从别的公司请过来的翻译都看出来了。) ^3 y3 K9 M' s9 m) ^/ s

就这样，唉！德国人那种细心，那种对技术的专业，没有与其在一起工作过，是不会体会到的。Erwin是做技术支持的，有时为了处理一点机械故障，他会爬在地上观察故障的真正原因（因为每当看到我们的修理工无从下手时他会一边生气一边爬下来观察，我记忆中不知有多少次了。）。你们回忆回忆，在机械行业，你们处在经理位置的有没有人这样做过？？

The differences between German(and other Abendlands) and Chinese is education mode,custom and culture,not the brains.The former results in thought and work way.In China, we do what teachers tell in school (about 15 years),teacher is authority, teacher is professor, so outside the campus,leader is authority, is professor,(If he thinks the teacher is authority, professor for 15 years, he of course thinks he is authority,
0 Q! [ ] b g+ Y9 P7 E8 Lprofessor once he takes charge of some projects ), and in Chinese culture, a special word "Big Face" (this word only for Chinese)summarizes the culture.* J6 g/ D2 F6 {' Z
So when you point out the faults or incorrect action in somebody's presence. Chinese can not face them.because you let he lose face.
