l have worked in foxconn too!
l have worked in foxconn about 2year's!the company give us a good chance to study moulding.l don't know do you train in the begain,l remember l have trained about 6month.one month in the moulding factory,we are locksmith,we are repair the moulding with my teacher.one month in the injection factory,operat the injection machine,and we need to adjust the injection parameter(press,time,speed,temperature,and so on) according to the product defects;two month we have trained in the moulding designing dept.,study the structure about the plastic moulding.one month in the painting dept.;one month in the assemble dept.; now l have leaved the foxconn,but l have a good knowledge about the plastic product manufacture process,it is helpfull in my life,l think.
7 U' f4 T! h, `1 O& W hi!boy,if you want to be a excellent moulding engineer,you must know well the plasti product,and good knowledge about the plasti product defects,and you must to know how to deal with in your designing process,so you must communicate with the locksmith. |
