In general, full crystallization in amorphous soft magnetic alloys isdeleterious to its soft magnetic properties. The crystallization can influencethe thermal and mechanical properties, such as high strength and high corrosionresistance, in the amorphous alloys. Complete crystallization will make thealloy very brittle, or lead to very weak mechanical properties. Moreover,spontaneous nucleation during crystallization will cause strain, which in turnwill cause residual stress in alloy and further cause cracking. So we need toinvestigate crystallization kinetics to achieve the controlled crystallization.
