[风能] 5 MW Windmill Design With Modern IPM

Abstract :
- @! b8 h: c+ [$ Q5 d( IThe demand for high power windmill systems is increasing year by year. The trend is going in Direct Drive windmill application. The standard IGBT power modules are not in this power range in the market. Paralleling of power modules are necessary and this is very complicate. The design engineer has to follow a lot of rules and he has to consider the failure rate of one single IGBT chip in a IGBT power module.
% ]/ c  Q; G8 }, [( l; ~5 I$ y; [  yIn the power range between 1MW and 3MW are some solutions in the market. The current solutions with standard IGBT power modules are not compatible with modern IPM - IGBT solutions in price, power density and cabinet space.1 y! ?  Y# `& ^8 o# Y: W1 d
Heart of our solution is a modern IPM, called SKiiP, with IGBT-driver, power supply, current sensor, DC bus voltage sensor, temperature sensor and new IGBT chip technology. This modern IPM-power module is using modern water cooled heat sink technology combined with new capacitor technology and make a power density of 12-15kW per liter possible. Standard IGBT module solution have a power density between 5 – 8 KW per liter.
( N' D( d* K, B& ?( WThis kind of modular power module design allows the user a flexible windmill drive. The windmill company can use this modular system for his full power range without any new mechanical design.% P8 o/ X. R! m; a/ D
Maintenance and service are very comfortable. Switch cabinet can be used in standard dimension.
