S420MC是EN10149-2:1996标准中的一种热轧冷变型用高屈服温度钢
" q' w$ c$ R7 ?它的化学成分如下：

FeE420是EU113-72中的一个牌号，分KGN、KTN二个级别
在新的欧盟标准中，它对应于S420N和S420NL，详见EN10025附录。
2 G9 m& W+ K* y这几种材料，我公司有8mm以上的板材

Material Description: The thermomechanical rolled steel S420MC,  is used for cold formed components like vehicle frames, axles and special sections.
- d( z/ h* j1 w% I1 m& g0 z, U0 hTempering > 580 deg. leads to an decrease of the strength of the thermomechanical treated material. The lowest application temperature amounts to - 20 deg. At this temperature the proof of the notch impact energy of min. 40 J can be agreed.
$ u9 ?, A  n# i8 P5 X: x" EThe min. bending mandrel diameter for the 180°-bending test (transversal specimen) amounts to 0.5*t (t=specimen thickness).
