在国外采购的ASTM A335 P5 钢管,型号8”(219mm),壁厚8.18mm,国外工厂说合同中如果没有约定就不必做压扁试验和弯曲试验,理由是根据A335 附录说明及S3条规定压扁试验作为订货是选择要求,我的理解是A335 14条规定了压扁试验,那么就应该无条件的去做,英文我不太懂,哪位专家帮我落实一下。7 g4 t( ^5 C6 F- o9 y7 x& C

14. Mechanical Tests Required

14.3 Bend Test:

diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less shall be subjected

14.3.2 The bend test specimens shall be bent at room5 m( K- Z1 ]' k/ J- |2 ?+ m

the bent portion. The inside diameter of the bend shall be 1 in.

14.3.3 Test specimens for the bend test specified in 14.3

8 _$ i& K- w5 ispecimen shall be taken as close to the outer surface as possible
6 q* @5 S0 F9 B7 eand another from as close to the inner surface as possible. The
6 @( O( V0 x- P3 A9 z2 I6 Tspecimens shall be either 1⁄2 by 1⁄2 in. [12.5 by 12.5 mm] in
% H/ R7 M( U, wsection or 1 by 1⁄2 in. [25 by 12.5 mm] in section with the9 m& p: p! o) P6 _, N
corners rounded to a radius not over 1⁄16 in. [1.6 mm] and need
6 S2 B6 j: e( q6 Y {, G+ z+ b( Y# ~not exceed 6 in. [150 mm] in length. The side of the samples
# o5 q1 z+ _" U' y4 O) xplaced in tension during the bend shall be the side closest to the0 ?7 j g" B% b2 s6 l1 r0 A' b
inner and outer surface of the pipe, respectively.7 h+ T5 @) e3 O$ o& \

One or more of the following supplementary requirements shall apply only when specified in the

S1.1 Product analysis shall be made on each length of pipe.0 e. a. r$ X$ P `' F/ ?
Individual lengths failing to conform to the chemical composition! K A. d% Z1 ?: a4 ?) r
requirements shall be rejected.
0 h0 o0 g2 l$ S2 fS2. Transverse Tension Tests- Y$ }' P# @3 c, P
S2.1 A transverse tension test shall be made on a specimen N/ a+ C; i& u
from one end or both ends of each pipe NPS 8 and over. If this
3 J+ [4 H7 M$ c. o5 j5 Ksupplementary requirement is specified, the number of tests per
! }8 r! O" t: _! h1 r* I. {" j( }pipe shall also be specified. If a specimen from any length fails- R9 b% z( }& @7 s5 e- u4 A" \. m
to meet the required tensile properties (tensile, yield, and9 p5 E: R0 \* G5 i$ `$ r" f
elongation), that length shall be rejected subject to retreatment' _) I/ w$ B9 W! v
in accordance with Specification A 999/A 999M and satisfactory/ y, b4 f! Y) r; Z( J [

S3.1 The flattening test of Specification A 999/A 999M( ?9 D) ?' J e! T1 v+ }
shall be made on a specimen from one end or both ends of each& h0 ?0 m: M- N1 R/ V. l
pipe. Crop ends may be used. If this supplementary requirement
& V- {* X% X' j, bis specified, the number of tests per pipe shall also be. }2 q" m: g& a; M! } a
specified. If a specimen from any length fails because of lack5 O; i% \0 N- v5 D+ a# x6 z
of ductility prior to satisfactory completion of the first step of I2 ~0 B* G4 H% t W: j: P3 P
the flattening test requirement, that pipe shall be rejected
, N3 A0 S ~( @% e8 fsubject to retreatment in accordance with Specification A 999/
0 U! ]. k; \( v" a! D/ oA 999M and satisfactory retest. If a specimen from any length; V$ h6 r! w; ]
of pipe fails because of a lack of soundness that length shall be2 @; | A" @) ]4 m1 E
rejected, unless subsequent retesting indicates that the remaining3 c0 }6 f( i/ G
length is sound. The bend test of 13.2 shall be substituted

and whose diameter to wall thickness ratio is 7.0 or less. |
