摘要:探讨了工业工程的方法研究技术在熔模铸造中的应用。采用“5W1H”提问技术和) w2 |8 E* E- r/ Q
“ECRS”等措施,改进了熔模铸造中蜡模制造的生产工艺过程和工人双手操作方式。改进后的工艺
9 k. G( j8 d, Y! B过程大幅度提高了生产效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了产品的质量。
