Cimatron E11安装时的END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT（最终用户许可协议）第二条是这么写的：

因此使用者在Cimatron E11安装时就被Cimatron Group明确告知了程序联网行为。1 N2 p3 W% C& w6 h

; i8 s' R% j5 g9 ]7 Z" P在将随带E11安装的Cimatron Download Schedule（下图系统控制面板程序和功能中显示的安装项）服务的启动类型设置为手动后，并在E11控制面板的Main Menu中配置好了CimatronE Updates，去掉Options中默认勾选的Allow scheduled download of Product updates, Check for updates on PC startup, Check for updates on Product startup三个选项。尽管做了这些设置，CimatronE在启动后仍然触发了E11安装目录(CimatronE\Program)内的CimatronUpgradeVersion.exe可执行程序，CimatronUpgradeVersion.exe在启动后使用网页443网页浏览端口执行HTTPS通信，向212.25.91.137这个IP地址传输数据包。也就是勾掉选择Check for updates on Product startup选项后程序仍然联网检查更新，Cimatron E11程序启动后激发CimatronUpgradeVersion.exe运行并联网是强制行为。3 U6 {2 @' q6 M+ U9 G
7 h$ V4 E" x) J* v, }! H' `“Check for updates on Product startup”选项的存在是类似临床医学中的心理安慰剂作用，用户相信该选项是有效的，其实是无效的。这或许是cimatron的人员有意为之。( o4 x1 ^: {, Q; V3 p1 T; D9 y
