8.4 分级
# A; q' c5 Z8 ^) t; R0 R: S根据下面给的判据，应将材料分成HB、HB40和HB75（HB＝水平燃烧）级。
8.4.1 HB级材料应符合下列判据之一：
/ D1 j' V* m3 @/ r. ba) 移去引燃源后，材料没有可见的有焰燃烧；
0 O  c6 l& o& r: G- m$ M/ jb) 在引燃源移去后，试样出现连续的有焰燃烧，但火焰前端未超过100mm标线；
c) 如果火焰前端超过100mm标线，但厚度3.0mm~13.0mm/其线性燃烧速率未超过40mm/min,或厚度低于3.0mm时未超过75mm/min；
d) 如果试验的厚度为3.0±0.2的试样，其线性燃烧速率未超过40mm/min，那么降至1.5mm的厚度时，就应自动地接受为该级。
) g  m8 n/ f! V' o. R8.4.2 HB40级材料应符合下列判据之一：
7 G/ a1 j4 G1 z0 z8 Ja) 移去引燃源后，没有可见的有焰燃烧；
5 x5 T- c2 h- Z7 J2 E* `! [5 Cb) 移去引燃源后，试样持续有焰燃烧，但火焰前端未达到100mm标线；
3 d0 `) j0 N8 W9 `C）如果前端超过100mm标线，线性燃烧速率不超过40mm/min。
8.4.3 HB75级材料，如果前端超过100mm标线，线性燃烧速率不应超过70mm/min。

3 e/ @$ x4 e% V# p8.4 Classification
The materials shall be classified HB, HB40 or HB75 (HB = horizontal burning) in accordance

8.4.1 A material classified HB shall conform to one of the following criteria:
a) it shall not visibly burn with a flame after the ignition source is removed;
b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, the
; m5 J1 V1 f5 \+ z6 k3 aflame front shall not pass the 100 mm mark;
5 c+ V+ a. _) u, t& d. gc) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
/ E7 V- P5 C8 w$ P; \9 g40 mm/min for a thickness of 3,0 mm to 13,0 mm or a burning rate not exceeding
6 c. m' l, l0 O& l75 mm/min for a thickness of less than 3,0 mm;
d) if the linear burning rate does not exceed 40 mm/min for tests with 3,0 mm ± 0,2 mm
thickness, it shall automatically be accepted down to a 1,5 mm minimum thickness.

b) if the test specimens continue to burn with a flame after removal of the ignition source, it
shall not have the flame front pass the 100 mm mark;
c) if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark, it shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding
40 mm/min.
8.4.3 A material classified HB75 shall not have a linear burning rate exceeding 75 mm/min, if the flame front passes the 100 mm mark.

HB40可能明确了试样尺寸。HB可能不强制规定试样尺寸，所以给了范围。 薄的试样燃烧速率自然快一些、剧烈一些。
