电缆允许有接头吗？

我指的是平车车间里的移动设备或临时线使用的那种橡皮电缆，是否允许其有接头，有没有相关的规范标准？如果可以由有，则怎么接。
如果一根80m的电缆就因为一个接头而被废掉，很是浪费。
我是看到过相关的标准，说手持电动工具、移动式电风扇的电源线是不允许有接头的。

我们再实际生产中一般可以，不过得根据现场实际情况做好相应处理。

应该可以做接头，但必须做好电气绝缘和机械防护。

可以有接头，虽然没看到标准说允许有，但也没看到说电缆不允许有接头的。
只是接头时，应注意这样几个问题：1.电气连接必须作好，避免由于接线不好，造成接触电阻过大发热；2.机械强度要有保证，你说的是移动电缆，拖动时接头处是会受力的，要防止被拉断或造成虚接；3.要注意其它如防水等问题。
简单点说就是两句话：一是线要接好，二是外面要包好。

新设备用电缆，如果接头就很难通过验收！
一般情况下，允许接头，小电缆绞接后做好绝缘！
大电缆要用连接管压接，用热缩套管缩套好；如果是要卷绕的大电缆，套管尽量短，并错开一定的距离！

好像没有什么具体的规定，但如果使用环境如潮湿、导电粉尘比较多的话建议不要有接头以策安全。一般环境可根据情况来处理，有条件的话尽量不要有接头。

没有见过标准说过，不过感觉上接头是不太好。只要不影响使用，应该是可以接的。

原则上到不是很清楚，但实际上，我们公司经常是连接的
方法：
1，用好的冷压端头接好
2，用自粘胶带缠两层，为了增加其抗氧化和软化程度
3，在用PVC绝缘胶带缠好，为了防水和绝缘
4，最后，用废的电缆皮包扎，增加它的抗拉力和防油力度

有标准的。

你是什么行业，化工标准中，对接线有明确的规定。

除设备已经运行或者排除故障，电缆不应采用接头。

呵呵我经常在现场用接头的，总不能因为有接头就要更换电缆吧，那样太浪费了，接头处一定要做好绝缘与牢固

在于公司是否有钱，当有人提出后，又是否有人能够顶住压力、承担责任》》》

标准不知道，但是我们经常用，有些长电缆总不能因为中间有一个接头就废了吧，关键是接头要作好，即要牢固，又要保证绝缘良好。

电缆允许有接头，但必须做到：1.保证密封。2.保证绝缘强度。电缆接头的绝缘强度，应不低于电缆本身的绝缘强度。3.保证电气距离.避免短路或击穿。4.保证导体接触良好。接触电阻要小而稳定，并有一定的机械强度。接触电阻必须低于导体电阻的1.2倍，其抗拉强度不低于电缆线芯强度的70%。

20楼说的我在电工培训教材上看过，先支持下呵呵。但是电气是通用工种，所有的行业都离不开电气，太广泛，但不同的行业有不同的标准，具体还要看楼主所在哪个行业，参照相关的标准，

用插座与插头就好了(像五金电卖的线盘),只是线太长的话要考虑电压降.

实际车间生产中可以有接头，注意绝缘处理即可。
